An experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) is needed to lead a large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP implementation integrated with Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS). Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program management for a multi-phase Oracle Fusion ERP implementation with integration to Oracle RMS (Retail Merchandising System).
- Own program governance, including scope, schedule, budget, RAID management, dependencies, and change control.
- Drive day-to-day execution across Finance, Supply Chain, Merchandising (RMS), Operations, IT, and external system integrators.
- Partner heavily with functional leaders to document current-state processes and define future-state ERP-enabled workflows, including merchandising, inventory, pricing, and stock ledger processes managed in Oracle RMS.
- Oversee integrations between Oracle Fusion, Oracle RMS, PLM, eCommerce, WMS, TMS, and downstream data platforms.
- Ensure seamless data synchronization between ERP and RMS for items, pricing, inventory, suppliers, and financial postings.
- Coordinate data migration strategy and execution, including cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover readiness across ERP and RMS platforms.
- Plan and lead UAT, training, and organizational readiness activities across business teams, including merchandising users.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.
- Provide executive-level status reporting, risk assessments, and decision escalation.
- Manage vendor performance, deliverables, contractual milestones, and implementation quality across ERP and retail merchandising systems.
- 7–10 years of experience in technical program or project management.
- 5 years leading ERP implementations, preferably Oracle Fusion Cloud, with exposure to other ERP platforms like SAP or Oracle EBS and retail merchandising systems such as Oracle RMS,
- Must be techno-functional – strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, and Merchandising processes (inventory, pricing, assortment planning) along with supporting system architecture.
- Strong experience working across Finance and Supply Chain domains (GL, AP, AR, Procurement, Inventory, Order Management), with awareness of RMS-driven merchandising flows.
- Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional enterprise programs.
- Experience managing integrations between ERP and merchandising systems (RMS or similar retail platforms).
- Deep expertise in RAID management and hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery models.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with large system integrators and distributed delivery teams.
- Experience in retail, apparel, consumer products, or omnichannel commerce.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials and SCM modules.
- Strong knowledge or hands-on experience with Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS), including data model, batch processing, and integrations.
- Experience integrating ERP with Oracle RMS, PLM, eCommerce, WMS, and analytics platforms.
- Understanding of retail merchandising lifecycle (item setup, pricing, inventory, stock ledger).
- Exposure to ERP-driven change management and business transformation initiatives.
- PMP, SAFe, Agile certifications.
- Experience working in fast-growth, vertically integrated retail brands.
