Responsibilities
- Facilitate the development, execution, and delivery of the IDC Leadership Dashboard roadmap, ensuring the team delivers on committed milestones across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Data Engineering workstreams.
- Lead daily stand-ups to track progress, surface blockers, and ensure team alignment on priorities.
- Manage the product backlog, including open bugs, feature requests, and enhancement items, ensuring consistent progress and prioritization.
- Coordinate weekly status updates to IDC leadership, ensuring dashboard commentary is accurate, timely, and reflects the latest data and business context.
- Drive cross-functional coordination across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements, data quality, and delivery timelines.
- Own the change control process, ensuring all dashboard content changes receive appropriate sign-off from IDC leads.
- Track and communicate risks, dependencies, and escalations that could impact delivery or data accuracy.
- Ensure communications cadence is maintained, including stakeholder roadshows, feedback loops, and coordination with business area owners (DC Supply, Energy, Operations, Cost, NRTU, Pipeline).
- Support data governance processes by coordinating with data owners to ensure data maturity improvements across business areas.

- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
