Salesforce Business Analyst

Join client's dynamic team, where you will play a pivotal role in analyzing customer business needs and participating in the planning, design, and implementation of new or enhanced systems. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with a diverse group of both technical and non-technical staff.

This role serves as the subject matter expert and primary resource for troubleshooting within Salesforce Lightning Experience and Marketing Cloud. You will integrate complex analytical and technical capabilities within our Salesforce and Marketing Cloud instance, manage UAT, and facilitate adoption and enablement for functional users.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing user support, including troubleshooting and resolution of complex Salesforce issues.
• Enhance Salesforce reporting capabilities by creating advanced reports and dashboards.
• Build, optimize, and integrate advanced Marketing Cloud features.
• Collaborate with various teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Ensure data quality and consistency across platforms.
