Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT leadership, and technical teams.
- Lead discovery and requirements gathering for complex Salesforce initiatives.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with architects, administrators, developers, and vendors to design scalable solutions.
- Provide subject-matter expertise and guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Communicate solutions to offshore development team members
- Provide hands-on Salesforce Configuration solutions
- Execute system tests, prepare user-acceptance tests,, prepare deployments and conduct readiness, and validate changes post-implementation.
- Initiate process improvement efforts.
- Contribute to data governance, reporting, and system optimization efforts.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to Business Systems standards and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Salesforce Business Analyst.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, preferred).
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience working in Agile environments using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, etc..
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with any CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) or Revenue Cloud.
- Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certifications.
- Experience with system integrations and enterprise reporting.
- Background in utilities, field services, or infrastructure industries.
