Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility, including staffing, scheduling, and patient care planning
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care
Conduct rounds to ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and quality standards
