Responsibilities:
Provide life-sustaining treatments and therapies to patients with respiratory disorders, including ventilator management, aerosol therapy, and pulse oximetry monitoring
Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and monitor patient progress
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of respiratory equipment
Develop and maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

Requirements:
Current RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) certification
Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners licensure
