About the Role
As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for:
Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of patient rooms, common areas, and administrative spaces
Ensuring that all areas are sanitized and meet infection control standards
Restocking linens, supplies, and equipment as needed
Assisting with laundry and linen management
Collaborating with other team members to meet our high standards for patient care and satisfaction
Housekeeper will also have opportunities to participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Housekeeper must be able to maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment
