Prepare and cook meals for patients, staff, and visitors, following established recipes and menus
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to sanitation and safety standards
Assist with meal planning, ordering, and inventory management
Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure patient dietary needs are met
Perform food-related tasks, such as washing fruits and vegetables, cooking meats, and preparing desserts
Maintain accurate records of food preparation, inventory, and quality of food served
