We’re partnering with our client, a global organization dedicated to ensuring ethical standards and legal compliance, to find a talented Compliance Specialist. This temporary role offers an excellent opportunity to support compliance initiatives, manage global projects, and collaborate across departments in a dynamic environment.
Compliance Specialist Responsibilities:
- Support operational and project management efforts aligned with global compliance objectives.
- Assist in managing the conflict of interest program, including annual certifications and disclosures.
- Contribute to investigations related to third-party screening and compliance with anti-bribery policies.
- Aid in overseeing securities trading notification processes for designated individuals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement compliance requirements at newly acquired entities and develop new compliance initiatives.
Compliance Specialist Qualifications:
- 7–10 years of experience in compliance operations or related fields.
- Experience with risk screening platforms such as WorldCheck or similar tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
- University degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, global environment.
