Mid-Level UX Designer Responsibilities:
- Apply user-centered design principles to develop intuitive and engaging digital products that align with business goals and user needs.
- Lead design activities across multiple projects, from initial research and ideation to final implementation, often taking ownership of end-to-end processes.
- Produce key UX deliverables such as wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and detailed specifications to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Collaborate closely with UI, Motion, Copy, and UX Research teams to incorporate feedback and refine solutions iteratively.
- Advocate for user-centric solutions within an agile framework, ensuring continuous value delivery and alignment with technical constraints.
Mid-Level UX Designer Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of professional UX design experience, with a preference for in-house backgrounds, though agency candidates are considered.
- A portfolio showcasing original and effective design work, demonstrating processes and successful outcomes.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams such as UI, Motion, Copy, and UX Research.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a passion for explaining design decisions to stakeholders.
- Experience applying design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Omnigraffle, and Protopie, along with prototyping tools like InVision or Framer.
