We’re partnering with our client, a remote-out-of-region organization, to find a talented Talent Acquisition Coordinator. This temporary role involves supporting the recruiting process for internal and external candidates in a fast-paced environment.
ONLY EST HOURS
Talent Acquisition Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for internal and external candidates.
- Arrange travel including flights and ground transportation.
- Prepare interview itineraries for both management and candidates.
- Assist recruiters with managing candidates within the HRIS system, including offer letters and onboarding.
- Support advertising and posting of job openings on relevant platforms.
Talent Acquisition Coordinator Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and candidate management tools.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
