We’re seeking a Campaign Manager to support a dynamic team dedicated to building innovative advertising solutions. Campaign Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, setup, and implementation of both managed and self-service advertising campaigns, providing expert consultation to clients and internal teams.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on media channels including paid search, programmatic display, CTV, social media, digital OOH, and experiential tactics, guiding strategies to meet campaign objectives.
• Participate in client and agency meetings, offering insights on media tactics, audience strategies, and platform functionalities.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, delivering insights, optimization recommendations, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify additional revenue opportunities based on campaign results and seasonal initiatives.

Campaign Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• Over 3 years of experience managing digital media campaigns, including bid management and campaign optimization.
• Strong understanding of digital media metrics such as CPM, ROAS, CPC, CTR, and new customer acquisition.
• Proven client-facing communication skills and ability to proactively address risks with solutions.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating initiative and critical thinking.
