Our major retail client is seeking a Campaign Manager to join their team in Hoboken, NJ for a 10 month assignment. The Campaign Manager will support sponsored search campaigns for first party suppliers on a large retail media platform. This role focuses on analyzing performance, optimizing paid search campaigns, and delivering clear, data-driven recommendations aligned to advertiser objectives. You will partner closely with sales, account management, campaign operations, and ad tech stakeholders to drive revenue growth and improve search outcomes. This is an analytical, revenue-focused role dedicated exclusively to the search product.
The Basics
Duration: 10 month assignment
Hours per week: Approximately 40 hours per week
Location requirements: Onsite, Hoboken, NJ campus
Top 3 Required Qualifications
- Paid search expertise, including campaign optimization, keyword targeting, and bid and budget management
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for reporting, analysis, and presentation development
- Strong data storytelling skills, with the ability to translate performance data into clear insights and recommendations
Other Qualifications
Experience in retail media or digital media environments, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfort working cross-functionally, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Run and maintain regular and ad hoc performance reporting for sponsored search campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Develop and present clear optimization recommendations aligned to marketing objectives
- Optimize account configuration, keyword strategy, bids, and budgets to drive performance
- Collaborate with sales, account management, campaign management, and ad tech partners to support campaign success
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
