As a Campaign Manager, you will report to a Senior Manager, Campaign Management Lead, leveraging 3 years of digital campaign experience to design, execute, and refine omnichannel advertising strategies. In this role, you will drive revenue realization for deals closed by Sales, managing both managed-service and self-service accounts across our entire product suite. You will also lead the strategic direction and ongoing stewardship of media initiatives-handling campaign setup, client guidance, pacing, performance optimizations, and comprehensive reporting.
As an authority on media execution and audience targeting, Campaign Managers help clients reach their primary objectives through advanced optimization techniques and best-practice advisory. Additionally, you will regularly engage with key external stakeholders, including clients and agency teams, by leading dedicated office hours.

Responsibilities:
- Direct the strategic design and launch of managed and self-service campaigns, serving as a trusted strategic advisor.
- Act as an internal resource and subject matter authority for media planning, audience segment strategies, and campaign activation.
- Lead client and agency meetings to provide expert guidance on tactical media execution, audience modeling, campaign health, and ad-serving technologies.
- Showcase deep knowledge across diverse media channels, such as paid search, onsite/offsite programmatic display, custom digital sponsorships, CTV, social platforms (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok), digital out-of-home, and in-store experiential tactics (demos, TV wall displays, sampling).
- Apply full-funnel marketing principles to align with client goals across top-funnel awareness, mid-funnel consideration, and lower-funnel conversions.
- Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to build data-driven, strategic media plans that deliver on client KPIs.
- Engage in high-impact initiatives that elevate the Campaign Management team and broader cross-functional units.
- Present campaign performance metrics, actionable insights, and optimization strategies during routine check-ins with internal and external partners.
- Uncover organic upsell and incremental revenue opportunities alongside Sales through campaign wins, test-and-learn frameworks, and seasonal moments.
- Work closely with Media Insights to develop robust campaign measurement frameworks and performance stories.
- Maintain rigorous attention to detail, accuracy, and operational standards across the complete campaign lifecycle (pre-sale through post-campaign).
- Uphold internal SLAs and strict QA protocols to guarantee flawless campaign launches across managed and self-service setups, driving exceptional advertiser satisfaction.
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners to streamline ad trafficking across multiple tech ecosystems (Onsite, Offsite, Social, Search, In-store).
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or a related discipline.
- 3 years of experience in campaign execution, optimization, bid management, or digital media operations across paid search, programmatic, social, or publisher networks.
- Strong command of core digital metrics (CPM, ROAS, CPC, CTR, New-to-Brand) with the analytical capability to manipulate media math for strategic optimizations.
- Proven client-facing background with a proactive knack for flagging potential risks and communicating effective solutions.
- Solid grasp of foundational interactive and traditional media planning elements.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel (pivot tables, complex data analysis), PowerPoint (visual story building), Word, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with enterprise software such as Salesforce, Jira, Tableau, SQL, or Power BI.
- 3 years of hands-on experience managing or advising on multi-channel digital campaigns (display, video, paid social, search, experiential).
- Deep technical expertise in programmatic ecosystems, including DSPs, DMPs, and ad exchanges.
- Demonstrated track record of building media strategies that successfully expand advertiser investment within retail media environments.
