Food Tech - 57-1 Responsibilities:
- Perform physical testing of food products in the designated Test Kitchen.
- Collaborate with research and culinary teams on product validation initiatives.
- Assist in evaluating new kitchen appliances and cooking equipment for performance.
- Follow testing protocols, document results, and communicate issues to the team.
- Prepare recipes and test them on various products to assess quality and functionality.
Food Tech - 57-1 Qualifications:
- Experience in culinary arts, food science, or related hands-on kitchen or lab work preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a laboratory or kitchen setting.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude towards raising concerns.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Adaptability, curiosity, quick learning ability, and the capacity to think independently.
