What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavioral Health Technician position at Onward Search Education?
As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will work one-on-one with a student at an elementary school to provide individualized behavioral support and skill-building interventions. You will implement treatment plans, track progress, and collaborate with teachers and therapists to create a supportive learning environment.

- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) one-on-one with a student
- Collect and document data on student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to support the student's goals
- Support skill-building in social, academic, and daily living areas
- Provide a safe and structured learning environment
- Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA regarding student progress and needs
