Marketing Assistant / Marketing VA

Remote | Full-Time | Long-Term

We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Assistant who understands how marketing supports a real business and can help us execute, grow, and convert.

You should be able to think independently, take initiative, move quickly, and understand what a company actually needs from its marketing team. We want someone who can recognize opportunities, turn ideas into action, and connect marketing efforts to real business goals like growth, leads, conversions, and sales.

What You’ll Do

• Support outreach to brands and potential marketplace partners
• Send email s to potential vendors
• Help create messaging that converts interested brands into partners
• Follow up with leads and help move them through the pipeline
• Communicate the value of the company clearly to potential partners
• Support vendor conversion
• Help maintain organized records of leads, outreach, and follow-ups
• Work closely with the team to support marketing priorities and business goals
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3 years of professional marketing experience required
• Experience working directly with a company, brand, agency, or business
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy and business goals
• Experience with digital marketing, lead generation, partnerships, and outreach
• Strong copywriting and communication skills
• Comfortable using AI tools for research, marketing, and productivity
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Excellent written English
• Able to work independently and take ownership of projects
• Able to identify what needs to be done without waiting for step-by-step instructions
• Results-oriented and focused on growth, conversions, and sales
• Able to understand a company’s needs and connect marketing activities to business goals
• We’re Looking for a Serious, Experienced Marketer
  
  

This is not an entry-level position. We want someone with real experience working within a company or business who understands that marketing is more than completing assigned tasks.

You should be able to look at a marketing challenge, understand the business goal, develop an approach, and execute.

We want someone who can recognize opportunities, make recommendations, follow through, and take ownership of results.

Compensation

Starting rate: $4/hour, with room to grow based on performance and experience.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who can demonstrate strong marketing skills, initiative, reliability, and the ability to contribute to the growth of the business.
