Experienced Sales & Marketing (Real Estate Lead Generator)

We are on the hunt for a high-performing Virtual Assistant (VA) who can consistently fill property vacancies through smart, strategic sales and marketing.

If you’ve got proven experience generating and converting leads in the real estate industry — especially using social media and digital tools — we want to hear from you.

Your Primary Mission

Fill property vacancies efficiently and consistently by generating high-quality leads and converting them into tenancies or sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital strategies to attract prospective tenants or buyers.
• Manage and grow our social media channels (Facebook , Instagram etc.) to build brand awareness and drive enquiries.
• Generate qualified leads through targeted online marketing, email campaigns, and property promotions.
• Follow up with leads and assist in converting interest into action.
• Use tools like CRM systems and property listing sites to maximize reach and response rates.
• Track and report on campaign performance, lead quality, and conversions.
  
  

What You Must Bring

• Proven experience filling vacancies or selling properties (NZ or overseas markets).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead funnels, and social media advertising.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with platforms like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Google Ads, and property listing sites (e.g., Trade Me, ---------- ).
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.

Real estate VA experience in New Zealand or Australia.

Knowledge of local laws, target demographics, and seasonal trends.
