Denison Yachting has long been a leader in the yachting industry with a rich family history dating back to 1948, with the start of Broward Marine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Today, the company provides complete yachting services worldwide from sales and charter to crew placement and new construction. Denison has over a dozen waterfront offices from coast to coast around the U.S.
We are looking for a motivated, goal and detail oriented individual to join our Closing Team full- time in our Florida Headquarters in Dania Beach.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Works closely with Closing Director
- Assists Closing Director with Development of the Closing Team, Processes, Interdepartmental Communication, Clients/Brokers/Third Party Issue Resolution
- Assists Closing Director with Development of the Closing Team, Processes, Interdepartmental Communication, Clients/Brokers/Third Party Issue Resolution
- Assist with special projects as deemed by the Closing Director
- Assist in ensuring closing procedures are followed
- Assist in generating various monthly reports
- Coordinate the closing process with internal teams, clients, financial institutions, brokers, attorneys, documentation agents, and other third parties.
- Effectively communicates with clients, brokers and their representatives over phone, email, in person in connection with closing process
- Gather all information/documents needed from all parties in a closing, including signatures, notaries, insurance, final funds, etc.
- Coordination of document execution, delivery parties, timing as designated by contract terms and location of vessel parties
- Contract and other document creations as necessary for closing
- Reviewing of tax status, corporate status, US Custom regulations, lien status and overall documents for each closing to determine final information/documents needed.
- Upkeep/filing of all closing information/documents as designated by company processes
