The ideal candidate will:

- Have the ability to be cross-trained and the willingness to do it
Manager Position
- Lead, build and train a team focused on guest service and positive energy
- Good communication skills and conflict resolution skills
- Coordinate marketing efforts with Ownership and Marketing Manager
- Basic math, personal computer and POS familiarity
- 3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit & Loss responsibility
- Maintaining fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensures products are consistent with company quality standards
- Ensure local health, safety codes and security policies are met
- Profit & Loss management by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate action
- Assists Owners in recruiting, interviewing, hiring team members while managing labor costs
- Conducts performance appraisals, takes disciplinary action and motivates
- Guarantees food quality, proper portioning and guest satisfaction
