OneSparQ is looking for a Sales Representative in the Tampa/Lakeland/Sarasota area. This position is remote with up to 50% local travel to customer sites in the Tampa/Lakeland/Sarasota area.
This position offers a base salary of up to $70k with additional commission. Expected total year one compensation package is $90k
Required Skills:
- 3 years of experience in B2B sales
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive or chemical sales
- Ability to navigate an organizational chart and find key decision makers
- Experience working in Salesforce or similar CRM system
- Bachelors Degree
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories by targeting high-potential prospects and expanding relationships within existing customer accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, engineers, and key stakeholders to uncover customer challenges, initiatives, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Field Engineers and Technical Specialists, to deliver tailored, value-based solutions and proposals that align with customer needs
- Execute strategic territory and account plans focused on market penetration, customer growth, and expanding adoption of products, services, and engineered solutions
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage prospecting activities, track sales opportunities, monitor pipeline health, and maintain accurate forecasting and customer engagement records
- Deliver consultative sales presentations and customer interactions that highlight cost savings, risk reduction, and performance improvements while strengthening long-term customer partnerships
