OneSparQ is hiring a Lead Electrical Engineer for a growing military and defense company in Huntsville, Alabama. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity for an experienced electrical engineer who enjoys leading technical teams, owning product development, and staying hands-on with design, prototypes, and production support.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and designers
- Oversee new product development and production support changes
- Create electrical layouts based on customer, functional, and manufacturing requirements
- Support hands-on assembly, fitting, and prototype testing
- Analyze and interpret design requirements to ensure compliance with operational and quality standards
- Help prioritize team workload and drive projects from concept through completion
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of electrical engineering experience
- Proficiency with CAD tools, preferably SolidWorks Electrical, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD Electrical
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- U.S. Citizenship required
Nice to Have But Not Required:
- Master’s degree in Engineering or active PE license
- Experience overseeing the full project lifecycle from design through production
- Experience with Project Management
- Background in defense, product development, manufacturing, or custom engineered equipment

Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
