Job Title: Outbound Team Leader (3PL Warehouse)Pay rate: $20 per hourBilingual: English / SpanishGood computer skills9 am to 5:30 pmUnpaid 30-minute lunchJob Description:The Outbound Team Leader oversees all outbound operations in a 3PL warehouse. This role makes sure orders are picked, packed, staged, and shipped accurately and on time. The Team Leader supports the outbound staff, manages daily tasks, and works with other departments to keep shipping running smoothly.Key Responsibilities:• Lead and support the outbound team to complete daily order fulfillment and shipping tasks.• Oversee picking, packing, labeling, palletizing, and loading to meet customer and carrier requirements.• Review shipping documents such as BOLs, packing lists, labels, and load sheets for accuracy.• Coordinate with carriers, drivers, and internal departments for pickup scheduling and dock management.• Monitor outbound quality, ensuring correct items, quantities, packaging, and safe loading.• Keep staging, packing, and shipping areas clean, organized, and safe.• Train, guide, and evaluate team members to follow procedures and safety standards.• Identify workflow issues, recommend improvements, and assist with daily operational reports.Qualifications:• Experience in outbound warehouse operations, ideally in a 3PL setting.• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.• Familiarity with WMS systems and shipping platforms.• Understanding of warehouse safety practices and loading standards.Company DescriptionOn Target Staffing Corporate Recruiting is a division of On Target Staffing, LLC.
