About the Position
Clean Team Inc. is looking for an experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented Site Lead to oversee cleaning operations.
The Site Lead will help ensure that the facility is consistently cleaned and maintained according to Clean Team Inc.’s standards and the client’s expectations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the cleaning team at the assigned facility.
- Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned thoroughly and on schedule.
- Follow cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and company standards.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and attention to detail.
- Communicate with the cleaning team and supervisor regarding daily needs or concerns.
- Report supply shortages, equipment issues, or maintenance concerns.
- Train and support new cleaning team members.
- Maintain a professional relationship with the client and Clean Team management.
- Ensure employees follow proper timekeeping and attendance procedures.
- Perform cleaning duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience is required.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Reliable and dependable with excellent attendance.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to follow instructions and company procedures.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliable transportation is required.
