Job description
On-Site Hose Inc is a family-owned local business based out of Apex, NC.
Here at On-Site Hose, we specialize in the fabrication and installation of hydraulic hoses and fittings on heavy machinery. We have a large amount of customers who call us out to do work on site; However, we still maintain a large quantity of customers that come into our office for hose replacements/repairs.
We're seeking candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience working in mechanics, at a parts counter, in an automotive setting, or who have hydraulic or other hose repair experience.
- Assist Technicians with identifying, pulling, preparing, and processing parts for shipment,delivery, or pickup.
- Verify inventory availability and submit requisitions for out-of-stock items- Perform random stock counts, review accuracy report findings.
- Ability to investigate discrepancies in the inventory and track it to the possible cause.
- Receiving and restocking parts as they come. Relay any discrepancies with themanagement and finance staff.
- Running reports to restock the field techs with parts as required.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, reporting inventory discrepancies tomanagement.- Take parts out to the field technicians as required.
- Perform any additional tasks that may be required by upper management.
Process Improvement:
- Develop tracking forms and measures to increase the accuracy of inventory counts
Skills Required:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Excellent communications skills, E-mailing and working productively with vendors
- An affinity for numbers with excellent memorization skills
- Be comfortable in working in a warehouse environment
- Exhibit excellent documentation and organizational skills
- Demonstrate a high level of proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to lift packages up to 60 pounds repetitively
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $18.00 - $22/per hour

Schedule:
- Monday - Friday 7am to 5pm and possibly one Saturday a month from 7am to 12pm (after training is completed)
