Role Description The Parts Counter Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Winston-Salem, NC. This role is responsible for assisting customers at the parts counter, identifying and sourcing the correct parts and accessories for agricultural, construction, and landscaping equipment. Day-to-day tasks include processing orders, providing price and availability information, and offering basic product guidance to support safe and effective equipment use. The associate maintains parts displays, monitors stock levels, assists with inventory counts, and helps keep the parts area organized and presentable. The role also involves handling phone and in-person inquiries, creating sales tickets, coordinating with service and sales teams, and ensuring a positive, efficient customer experience.
