Key Responsibilities
- Deliver executive-level leadership throughout all phases of project execution.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, ensuring timely milestone and deliverable completion.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering an environment of accountability and performance excellence.
- Oversee subcontractor coordination, cost control, risk assessment, and project forecasting.
- Facilitate and lead meetings with owners, design teams, and subcontractors.
- Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and OSHA regulations.
- Utilize Procore and Microsoft systems for effective reporting and project control.
- Drive proactive problem-solving and decision-making in real-time environments.
- Supervise project close-out and turnover processes to ensure seamless transitions.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management with a proven track record in handling large, complex projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong skills in scheduling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership and team development capabilities.
- Highly organized, disciplined, and proactive in approach.
- OSHA-30 Certification is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel within the tri-state region is essential.
