Location: Passaic County, NJ, with travel required to project sites across NJ, NY, CT, and PA.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of progressive leadership experience in managing complex projects across various sectors, including mixed-use, industrial, warehouse, mid-rise, high-rise, and residential developments. This role is pivotal in driving project success through excellent team leadership, client management, and adherence to project delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver executive-level leadership throughout all phases of project execution.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, ensuring timely milestone and deliverable completion.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering an environment of accountability and performance excellence.
• Oversee subcontractor coordination, cost control, risk assessment, and project forecasting.
• Facilitate and lead meetings with owners, design teams, and subcontractors.
• Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and OSHA regulations.
• Utilize Procore and Microsoft systems for effective reporting and project control.
• Drive proactive problem-solving and decision-making in real-time environments.
• Supervise project close-out and turnover processes to ensure seamless transitions.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management with a proven track record in handling large, complex projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong skills in scheduling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and team development capabilities.
• Highly organized, disciplined, and proactive in approach.
• OSHA-30 Certification is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel within the tri-state region is essential.
