Construction Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, results-driven Construction Project Manager with proven experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously. This is a fast-paced role that requires someone who can take ownership, solve problems quickly, and maintain strict control over budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance.
This position is not for someone who needs constant direction. We are looking for a professional who understands construction management, communicates effectively, and can produce results immediately.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple construction projects from pre-construction through final completion
- Create, maintain, and update detailed project schedules and timelines
- Track project budgets, cost reports, and change orders
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project progress
- Conduct regular job site visits to monitor quality, safety, and productivity
- Proactively identify and resolve project issues before they impact schedule or cost
- Maintain detailed project documentation, reports, and communication logs
- Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance
- Work closely with ownership and senior management to provide project updates
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to company standards
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and project coordination
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (budget tracking, cost analysis, project reporting)
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, contracts, and specifications
- Experience managing subcontractors and enforcing project timelines
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to solve problems independently and take ownership of projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing commercial construction projects
- Experience with project management platforms such as Procore or similar
- Background in construction management, engineering, or related field
- Strong understanding of construction safety standards

Compensation
Compensation will be competitive and based on experience.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
