Senior Marketing Manager – On Deck Concepts

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to help lead and execute marketing efforts across BoomerJack’s, Sidecar Social, and Bedford Icehouse.

This is not a high-level “director” role. You will be in the work, planning campaigns, reviewing content, managing calendars, and keeping execution tight across multiple locations and platforms.

You’ll work directly with leadership, helping bring marketing ideas to life while keeping the team aligned, organized, and moving fast.

What You’ll Do

• Own and manage the marketing calendar across all brands
• Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and in-store marketing
• Oversee social media strategy and content execution (with a team of content creators)
• Manage email marketing, loyalty programs, and app promotions
• Review and approve creative to ensure brand consistency
• Coordinate with vendors, media partners, and internal teams
• Support new store openings with full marketing rollout
• Monitor reviews, listings, and brand presence across platforms
• Track performance across social, email, loyalty, and campaigns
• Keep marketing efforts organized, on time, and aligned across departments

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years of marketing experience (restaurant or hospitality required)
• Proven ability to execute (not just plan) marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of social media strategy and performance
• Experience with email marketing, CRM, or loyalty platforms
• Comfortable working with tools like HeyOrca, Canva, and social platforms
• Solid understanding of analytics and performance tracking
• Experience managing people and workflows
• Ability to move quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Team Structure

• 2 Social Media Content Creators/Managers
• 1 Local Store Marketing (LSM) Manager

You’ll be responsible for managing workflow, maintaining quality, and keeping the team aligned.

Expectations

• Primarily in-office (Bedford area)
• Standard hours are 9–5, with flexibility required for events, openings, and campaigns
• This is a fast-paced, high-change environment—priorities can shift quickly
