About the Role Hands-on Digital Marketing Coordinator supporting multi-brand marketing efforts across On Deck Concepts’ venues. This is an execution-focused, collaborative role blending creative communication with technical know-how to build and sustain a strong online presence, engage audiences, and support brand growth.
What You’ll Do
- Support and optimize digital marketing programs across brands (BMJ, SCS, ICE)
- Maintain a consistent social media presence on all platforms; monitor and respond as appropriate
- Manage email campaigns and assist with CRM-related activities
- Create varied content across concepts’ platforms (graphics, copy, video as applicable)
- Develop brand awareness and contribute to online reputation management
- Communicate with guests and followers through social media and digital channels
- Assist with marketing analytics, reporting, and campaign insights
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution
Requirements
- Knowledge of social media and current marketing trends
- Experience developing and implementing social media strategies
- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency with tools such as HeyOrca, Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, CRM and social media scheduling platforms is a plus

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
