Description:Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven, and creative Digital Marketing Coordinator to support and execute our digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role plays a critical part in driving brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and campaign performance.The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytically minded, and passionate about digital marketing trends, tools, and performance optimization. This individual will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, operations, and external vendors to ensure cohesive and high-performing campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Execution & ManagementAssist in planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns (email, paid media, SEO, social media, and content marketing)Manage campaign timelines, assets, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are metCoordinate with creative and content teams to maintain/update campaign materialsCollaborate with both internal and external departments on various projects throughout the yearSupport Vendors in Paid, Meta, and SEO/SEMMonitor content across all digital platformsSupport budgeting across PPC campaignsSupport updates to the website, and page optimizationEnsure brand consistency across all digital touchpointsAnalytics, Budgeting & ReportingTrack, measure, and report on digital campaign performance on a weekly, and monthly basisDevelop reporting dashboards for digital platformsProvide actionable insights to improve ROAS and increase total revenueBudget for total spend and present to external vendorsMonitor total spending and adjust where neededKey CompetenciesData-driven mindsetAttention to detailCreative problem-solvingCollaborative team playerResults-orientedAdaptable and proactiveRequirements:Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles Experience with marketing platforms (e.g., email marketing tools, CMS, social media and PPC management platforms) Basic knowledge of SEO, PPC campaign management, and/or other analytics/marketing tools and software. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in the Google Software Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills.
Salary : $52,000 - $55,000
