Position Summary
Sales and Marketing Manager in the Memory Care position blends compassion with strategy. You're not just selling a service—you're helping families find peace of mind. Responsible for the occupancy of two, 20 bed memory care communities.
The standard work schedule for the Sales and Marketing Manager is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. However, this position requires flexibility to accommodate community needs, including tours, events, and other marketing or resident-related activities that may occur outside of regular business hours. Adjustments to the schedule may be made as necessary to support these functions.
- Lead generation through outreach to hospitals, senior centers, and referral networks
- Conduct tours and presentations for prospective residents and families
- Build relationships with healthcare professionals and community organizations
- Manage the sales pipeline from inquiry to move-in
- Lead Outreach Efforts: Build relationships with referral sources like hospitals, senior centers, placement agents, hospices, and social workers.
- Conduct Presentations to showcase the community’s services and lifestyle to prospective residents and families and community members.
- Drive Occupancy: Implement marketing strategies to increase resident admissions and maintain high occupancy levels.
- Follow Sales Protocols: Use CRM systems to track leads, manage follow-ups, and document outreach activities.
Marketing & Reporting
- Competitive Analysis: Regularly assess local competitors to refine marketing strategies.
- Prepare Reports: Generate timely marketing and outreach reports for leadership review.
- Submit weekly sales report to the management team and ED.
Team Collaboration
- Train Staff: Coach team members on customer service, phone etiquette, and tour processes.
- Maintain Community Standards: Ensure the facility is clean, welcoming, and professionally presented during tours.
Admission Requirements
- Conduct pre-assessments in order to determine resident appropriateness
- Accept community fee and other payments as necessary

Required Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications
- 1 years experience in Fort Worth senior industry
- 2 years in a sales and marketing role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong contacts and connections within the senior industry
- Ability to manage CRM systems and track performance
- Empathy and understanding of dementia-related conditions
- Knowledge and understanding of senior living sales industry
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Additional Requirements
Must pass background checks and meet all state requirements for assisted living staff.
Reliable transportation for outreach activities.
Ability to work some evenings and weekends for tours or special events.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
