Summary
As the Senior Associate, Digital, your primary responsibility is to work closely with the broader Digital Investment team to manage the client's objectives and oversee the day-to-day digital executions, with a focus on delivering strategic excellence. It is expected that you have a mid-level understanding of the total digital ecosystem and the roles each of the digital platforms play in the daily lives of consumers. A strong background in technology, analytics, and communication is key to success in this role. You will be responsible for bringing performance results to clients through strong marketplace partnerships, effective execution, and optimization. Additionally, you will provide analysis that informs and improves the effectiveness of the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing strategies. You will also tie the optimization metrics to the strategic intent of campaigns and the underlying business objectives.

$65,000—$70,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.

Responsibilities
- Provide meaningful insights and interpretation of data, with actionable recommendations
- Track key media metrics and benchmarks.
- Flexibility to work across different tools and technology platforms. At times jumping in to support buyers when needed. (Google Ads, Prisma, Programmatic DSPs, DoubleVerify, Excel, etc.)
- Work with performance analysts to analyze primary and secondary data to develop data-driven marketing strategies for different target groups of consumers.
- Provide key support to analyst team in many aspects of online marketing campaigns, including campaign analysis and optimizations.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop pre-project measurement plans and post-mortem project analysis in order to develop specific and actionable recommendations.
- Build and maintain productive working partnerships with vendors, client teams, and agency partners/teams.
- Become the Omni, OMG’s people-based marketing platform, subject expert within team, supporting data driven audience’s, Digital content, and digital analytics requirements. (Training for subject expertise will be done with online learning and internal training.)
- Support team in utilization of Omni, in order to effectively leverage our people-based marketing platform to drive targeted audience activation, develop creative channel planning ideas, analyze digital content inventory, and contribute to the overall success of our marketing efforts.
- Relevant post-secondary education, training, or equivalent experience
- Certifications in DCM
- Must be proficient in media terminology, media math, and reach and frequency calculations. (Proficient)
