The OTC Director will be responsible for managing the accounts payable and cash application teams, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all cash functions and accounts payable transactions, and provide excellent support to various departments within the organization. $160,000—$175,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Director - OTC
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to join our Shared Service department. Role And Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day functions of the accounts payable and cash application teams, including answering interdepartmental questions about policies and documentation requirements.
- Assist with the timely preparation of supporting schedules and reconciliations for the month-end closing.
- Review AP related journal entries to ensure accuracy.
- Compile, analyze, and report financial information to management and internal partners as required.
- Develop and maintain cash forecasting models to predict and manage cash flow effectively.
- Identify and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive decision making and operational improvements.
- Develop, implement, and enforce policies, and department controls to enhance performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders across multiple OMG agencies.
- Manage and mentor the Accounts Payable and Cash team staff, ensuring a high level of performance and professional development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 8 years of experience in Order to Cash Management with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, cash forecasting, and AP processes.
- Effective leadership and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage others.
- Knowledge of MediaOcean, Oracle Hyperion (HFM), or Microsoft D365 a plus.
- Media Agency background a plus.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Exceptional communication and people skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
