This role is critical to delivering high-quality installations that meet company standards while ensuring an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities of the Installation Specialist include (but are not limited to):
Deliver Installations to Company Craftsmanship Standards
· Install cabinetry, trim, and related components according to plans
· Ensure installations are level, aligned, and securely fastened
· Maintain high standards of finish carpentry and detail
Maintain Installation Productivity
· Complete installations within expected production timeframes
· Maintain an organized and efficient workflow on-site
· Communicate job progress and any obstacles to supervisors
Deliver Professional Customer Experience
· Arrive on time and fully prepared for each job
· Maintain professionalism while working in customer homes
· Leave jobsites clean, organized, and presentable daily
Ensure Installation Quality & Resolve Issues
· Identify and diagnose installation issues during projects or service visits
· Complete adjustments, repairs, or corrections as needed
· Communicate recurring issues to improve future installations
Maintain Safety & Jobsite Readiness
· Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
· Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition
· Handle materials carefully to prevent damage
QUALIFICATIONS
· Proven experience in cabinetry installation, finish carpentry, or similar field work
· Strong understanding of installation techniques, tools, and materials
· Ability to read and execute installation plans and specifications
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
· Ability to work efficiently while maintaining craftsmanship standards
· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
· Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Preferred:
· Experience in kitchen remodeling or home improvement industry
· Experience working in customer-occupied homes
· Familiarity with punch-out work, service calls, or adjustments
