This role is critical to protecting project profitability, scheduling reliability, and customer satisfaction by ensuring all measurements and field conditions are captured correctly the first time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver Accurate Field Measurements

• Capturing precise measurements of project spaces, cabinets, appliances, walls, and utilities
• Verifying measurement accuracy prior to submitting documentation
• Using measurement tools and systems correctly

Validate Field Conditions & Project Feasibility

• Identifying structural conditions, obstacles, or installation constraints
• Confirming design feasibility in real field conditions
• Escalating concerns or conflicts to production prior to project release

Deliver Complete Measurement Documentation

• Recording measurements in company systems and templates
• Capturing photos and documenting field conditions
• Submitting organized and complete measurement files

Deliver Professional Measure Appointments

• Arriving on time and prepared for measure appointments
• Communicating professionally with homeowners
• Maintaining respectful and clean job site practices

Maintain Measurement Tools & Standards

• Maintaining measurement tools and equipment
• Following company measurement standards and procedures
• Supporting improvements to measurement processes

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to take precise measurements using tape measures, laser measurers, and related tools
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to identify field conditions, constraints, and potential installation challenges
• Basic understanding of residential construction, cabinetry layouts, or remodeling workflows
• Strong communication skills for working with customers and internal teams
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Preferred:

• Experience in measuring, estimating, installation, or related field preferred
• EPA Lead-Safe Certification required (or ability to obtain)

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
