💰 Pay Rate: $33 – $35.71/hr on W2

We are actively seeking a highly motivated Junior Contract Attorney / Associate – Contracts to support a fast-growing legal team managing a high volume of commercial agreements. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career attorneys looking to gain hands-on, in-house contract experience within a dynamic corporate environment.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

• Review, analyze, and process a wide range of commercial contracts including NDAs, vendor agreements, service agreements, and standard templates
• Identify non-standard terms, risks, and deviations from internal playbooks and policies
• Manage and track end-to-end contract approval workflows, coordinating with finance, procurement, and senior legal stakeholders
• Maintain accurate contract records within a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system
• Generate reports to track contract volume, workflow efficiency, and service levels
• Act as a legal escalation point for paralegals and junior staff on contract-related questions

💼 What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active and good-standing membership with at least one U.S. state bar
• 1–5 years of post-bar legal experience with exposure to contract drafting, review, or management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume legal environment

Preferred:

• Prior experience in an in-house legal or corporate setting
• Familiarity with CLM platforms (Salesforce, Coupa, or similar tools)
• Experience overseeing or supporting paralegals or junior attorneys
• Solid understanding of commercial terms and conditions
