Warehouse Helper – Aerospace Manufacturing

Day Shift:
- 6am - 4pm,
- Monday - Friday
- Additional overtime as needed

We are seeking a Warehouse Helper to support our manufacturing operations by scanning products to support the accurate tracking of materials and parts and assisting with warehouse functions.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll work closely with production teams and experienced warehouse personnel to support daily manufacturing needs.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Assist with daily warehouse and production support activities to help maintain efficient manufacturing operations
- Scan codes to support the accurate tracking of materials and parts
- Deliver raw materials and supplies to production work centers in a timely manner
- Assist with packaging, handling, and preparing products for outside processing or customer shipment
- Support facility upkeep through tasks such as trash removal, lawn maintenance, and general housekeeping
- Identify and report damaged or defective equipment to warehouse or operations leadership
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following company safety procedures

What We’re Looking For
- High School Education or General Education Degree [GED]
- Determination and a willingness to learn
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands/fingers to handle/feel, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, pull, balance, carry, and handle materials throughout the day.
- Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working around machinery and on concrete floors
- Proper PPE required and provided
