We are seeking a Kitter to support our manufacturing operations by issuing and tracking parts, conducting daily cycle counts, and performing inspection functions to support our Quality Assurance standards.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll work closely with production, assembly, and quality control teams to support daily manufacturing needs.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Issue detailed parts, hardware, shelf life, and consumables per job traveler
- Pre-kit subassembly jobs and other jobs when released
- Communicate cross-departmentally on the status of jobs
- Conduct daily cycle counts
- Manage shelf-life materials by recording critical information into our ERP system
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory
- Perform inspection functions and stamp issuance from Quality Assurance
- Adhere to all Quality Management System procedures and instructions
- Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment while observing all applicable safety rules and regulations

What We’re Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field (education, technical training, or internships will be considered).
- High School degree
- Strong attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and grow
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand; walk; sit; use hands/fingers to handle/feel; reach with hands and arms; climb; balance; stoop; kneel; crouch; crawl; reach; pull; balance; carry; handle materials throughout the day.
- Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to focus.
- Comfortable working around machinery and on concrete floors
- Proper PPE required and provided
