**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Inventory Management:**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory counts across multiple warehouse locations.
- Conduct regular physical inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Monitor stock levels and generate inventory reports as needed.
- Oversee the inventory assigned to field technicians, ensuring they have the necessary equipment and supplies.
- Track and manage technician requests for inventory replenishment.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory distributed to technicians.
- Utilize inventory management software to track and record inventory movements.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the inventory management system.
2. **Inventory Coordination:**
- Coordinate inventory transfers between locations to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Work closely with procurement to manage reorder points and prevent stockouts.
- Assist in developing and implementing inventory management strategies.
3. **RMA Processing:**
- Handle Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) for defective or damaged equipment.
- Coordinate the return process with suppliers and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain records of RMAs and track the status of returns and replacements.
4. **Warehouse Cleanliness and Organization:**
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Ensure cleanliness of the warehouse restroom and stocked.
- Implement and enforce cleanliness standards and protocols.
- Organize storage areas to maximize space utilization and efficiency.
5. **Outside Lot Management:**
- Manage and organize the outside lot area, ensuring equipment is properly stored and maintained.
- Implement procedures for the safe and efficient handling of equipment in the lot.
- Regularly inspect the lot area to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
6. **Office Supplies Management:**
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Order and restock office supplies as needed.
- Track office supply usage and manage the budget for office supplies.
7. **Collaboration and Communication:**
- Work closely with other departments, including procurement, operations, and field services, to align inventory needs and priorities.
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to address inventory-related issues.
8. **Fleet Management:**
- To include all vehicles, machinery, equipment and trailers.
- Oversee the basic fleet operations including vehicle maintenance and scheduling.
- Ensure vehicles are properly maintained and serviced.
**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 80 lbs) as needed.
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Ability to work in various warehouse environments, including temperature variations and confined spaces.
