What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Contractor position at A OK Landlord Helper LC?
Are you a contractor with some extra hours to fill? If so, I am looking for a handyman/maintenance man to work as a contractor 1 day per week 6-8 hours doing general repairs and maintenance on rental properties and on my personal home. Often more hours are optionally offered. The properties are located in Piedmont, NW OKC, Yukon and Mustang. You MUST have a reliable truck, van or trailer and some basic tools. Specialty tools are provided. You MUST live within 15 miles of the intersection of NW Expressway and Piedmont Road, to be considered.
High Level maintenance contractor: The position starts at $22.00-$25.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
