Chips and Coolant Specialist – Aerospace Manufacturing
Hours: Day Shift
- 6am - 4pm, Monday - Saturday

We are seeking a Chips and Coolant Specialist to support our manufacturing operations by removing metal debris, replacing chip bins, and managing fluid levels for our machines.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll work closely with production team to support daily manufacturing needs.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Monitoring and clearing metal shavings and debris from machine beds
- Replenishing CNC machine coolants to maintain exact fluid-to-water ratios
- Safely collecting, tracking, and disposing of hazardous waste products while maintaining environmental compliance

What We’re Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or a related field (education, technical training, or internships will be considered).
- Forklift certification
- Strong attention to detail
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands/fingers to handle/feel, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, pull, balance, carry, and handle materials throughout the day.
- Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
- Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working around machinery and on concrete floors
- Proper PPE required and provided
