Olympia Provisions is looking for a Raw Fabrication team member to join our production crew. This is a hands-on role at the heart of what we do—working with high-quality ingredients to craft sausages, salami, and pickled products using traditional methods and modern food safety standards.

No prior experience is required—we’ll teach you everything you need to know. What matters most is reliability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. If you like working with your hands, being part of a team, and taking pride in producing something real and well-made, you’ll fit right in.

This is a full-time, early morning position (7AM start), ideal for someone who enjoys a consistent schedule and being done with their day by mid-afternoon.

Job Title: Raw Fabrication I                    

Department: RawFab

Reports to: Production Deputy Manager

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Schedule: Full-time. Monday - Friday, 7AM - 3:30PM. Some flexibility and overtime may be required.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

• Formulate and scale batch ingredients, including whole spices, fresh herbs, starter cultures, and vegetables, adhering to Olympia Provisions' quality standards.

• Engage in vegetable prep for pickle production and maintain quality and safety protocols throughout operations.

• Operate meat processing machinery for stuffing and hanging all sausages, ensuring whole muscle products are prepared within specified timelines.

• Coordinate with production supervisors to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently, adhering to FDA and USDA regulations.

• Update daily logs and batch labels to track in-process products, ingredient inventories, and ensure compliance with GMP, SOP, and SSOP.

Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Requirements:

• Demonstrates a willingness to learn and adapt to changing tasks and priorities.

• Able to work effectively as part of a team, with a positive attitude and commitment to quality work.

• Basic understanding of workplace safety and hygiene practices.

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.

• Must be reliable, with the ability to meet the work schedule and adhere to the company's attendance policy.

Work Environment:

Fast-paced meat processing facility with exposure to equipment and machinery. Work is performed in areas with varying temperatures from freezing to 90°, including dry boxes with live mold spores. Wearing a respirator may be required.

Physical Demands:

Frequently lift/move up to 45 pounds and occasionally lift/move up to 75 pounds. Requires sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and adjusting focus.
