General Duties and Responsibilities:
Represent Olympia Provisions at various farmers' markets across the Portland Metro area, ensuring a high-quality presentation of our products.
Set up and break down farmers' market booth displays in an eye-appealing manner to attract customers.
Engage with customers to assist them in purchasing our products and building relationships with other vendors within the farmers' market community.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse at the end of each shift.
Accurately report sales and cash counts, ensuring inventory tracking aligns with sales data.
Drive quality and mastery in customer interactions, embodying Olympia Provisions' core values.
Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Requirements:
Commitment to quality, mastery, creative resourcefulness, and community enrichment.
Previous experience in a customer service role with excellent communication skills.
Cash handling and familiarity with Square POS systems preferred; training will be provided as needed.
Requires an Oregon Driver's License and personal vehicle for transportation.
Strong organizational skills and a professional presentation.
