Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and enhance integrated financial models that connect the three core financial statements
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning initiatives
- Analyze drivers of financial performance across the business, including capital, earnings, and liquidity
- Partner with FP&A, accounting, actuarial, and investment teams to ensure alignment across financial outputs
- Develop scenario analyses and sensitivities to support executive decision-making
- Assist in the development of management reporting and presentation materials for senior leadership
- Continuously improve modeling processes, tools, and data integrity
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3-6 years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or related analytical roles
- Strong understanding of how financial statements are interconnected
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial modeling best practices required
- Exposure to insurance, asset management, or financial services strongly preferred
- Experience working with large data sets and financial systems (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan, or similar) is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear insights
