This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing all aspects of tax accounting, reporting, and compliance, while partnering closely with senior finance leaders on strategy, transformation, and process improvement.

- Lead all income tax accounting for U.S. entities across IFRS, GAAP, Solvency II, and Statutory frameworks.
- Oversee federal, state, and local tax compliance, including return preparation, review, and filings.
- Manage quarterly tax forecasts and the annual tax planning process.
- Drive tax technology and automation initiatives to make processes smarter and more efficient.
- Partner with global tax leadership on transformation projects, M&A due diligence, and broader strategic initiatives.
- Act as the main point of contact for external auditors and tax authorities.
- Lead the U.S. Pillar II tax reporting process in line with global guidelines.
- Manage tax audits, internal controls, and ensure compliance standards are consistently met.
- Coach and develop a high-performing team while building strong relationships across finance and the business.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; MS in Taxation or MBA preferred.
- 15 years of progressive tax experience – ideally in insurance, reinsurance, or a complex multinational setting.
- Deep knowledge of corporate tax, planning, compliance, and accounting.
- Strong leader who can balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.
