A leading insurance organisation is looking to hire a Claims Specialist for their General Liability team. In this technical claims role, you will be responsible for managing Commercial General Liability claims including premise liability, slip & falls, product liability and other bodily injury claims. This will include complex coverage and litigation investigation through to conclusion.

- Handle mid to complex commercial general liability claims including litigation (premise liability, product liability and other bodily injury claims)
- Manage range of coverage and litigation matters through to conclusion
- Work closely with all involved parties and internal and external claims & legal partners
- Write coverage letters without supervision.
- Manage key business relationships with clients and other professionals
- At least 3 years handling commercial general liability claims including premise liability and slip & falls. Any additional experience within product liability, construction liability and other BI areas highly beneficial
- Experience in primary casualty claims essential, with experience in excess casualty beneficial
- Experience with litigation and coverage investigation gained within CGL policies
- Experience working directly for an insurance carrier or highly reputable law firm
- Strong educational background. Degree and Adjuster License in multiple states
