Position Overview
The Systems Support Administrator works with systems and processes that support daily operations across the organization. This role will assist in maintaining company data, supporting internal users, and ensuring the smooth operation our platforms.
The ideal candidate has demonstrated technical aptitude and is an organized, detail-oriented problem solver who can show examples of positive results through independent initiative. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong systems analysis, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
This role will work closely with the Systems & Data Specialist to maintain, enhance, and optimize existing workflows, training materials, SOPs, and system standards while supporting the continued growth of the company’s technological initiatives.

This role will work closely with the Systems & Data Specialist to maintain, enhance, and optimize existing workflows, training materials, SOPs, and system standards while supporting the continued growth of the company’s technological initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Systems Support
- Provide internal support for employees using ServiceTrade and other platforms
- Troubleshoot user issues and system questions
- Reinforce users follow established workflows and standards
- Escalate advanced system problems as needed
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records within our service management platform and other platforms
- Assist with data cleanup and standardization initiatives
- Support system imports, exports, and updates as needed
- Maintain and update internal training materials
- Develop, maintain, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for corporate systems and platforms
- Ensure all workflows and procedures are documented and up to date and accessible
- Support onboarding of new users and employee training sessions
- Assist with testing new system features and updates
- Support workflow improvements and operational initiatives
- Ensure data accuracy and system consistency across all departments
Required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy
- Strong computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software systems
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and willingness to expand skills and apply new knowledge
- Effective communication skills with both field and office personnel
- Basic level of technical trouble shooting skills
- Experience working with business software and/or operational systems
- Intermediate level technical trouble shooting skills
- Experience supporting internal users or system administration tasks
The candidate will be expected to become fully trained in the use of several company systems and platforms, including:
- ServiceTrade
- Spectrum (Trimble)
- Sugar or CRM
- Microsoft Office Suite (including SharePoint)
- Additional current and future systems used throughout the organization
