Overview
Ensure the safety and maintenance of residential and commercial properties in Riverside County.
Responsibilities
- Repair of electrical problems.
- Repair of plumbing problems.
- Repair of household furniture and fixtures.
- Repair of household appliances.
- Repair of windows and screens.
- Repair of walls and doors.
- Repair of air conditioning and heating.
- Repair of vehicles when needed.
- Carpentry work as needed.
- Painting of interior and exterior of facilities when needed.
- Completion of tasks requested by supervisor.
- Timely and quality completion of assigned maintenance tasks.
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in maintenance work.
- Knowledge of current maintenance techniques and repairs.
- California Driver’s license with clean driving record and auto insurance.
- Criminal record free of any felony and misdemeanor convictions. This includes DUI’s. Any expunged records will still be seen/reviewed by the California Caregiver Background Check Bureau.

Schedule:
- Generally, Monday to Friday from 7 am to 4 pm.
- Must be available to respond to after-hours emergencies.
Compensation:
- $30-$35 per hour based on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
