JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Position Summary: The HR Manager at Old
Wisconsin Sausage will serve as a strategic business partner to the
plant operations team, overseeing the HR function for two manufacturing
facilities, a distribution center and a retail store. This role requires
a blend of HR expertise, leadership skills, and operational
understanding to support the company\'s goals and objectives. Key
Responsibilities: HR Leadership: Lead and manage all aspects of the HR
function for two manufacturing facilities, ensuring alignment with
company policies and procedures. Employee Relations: Handle employee
relations matters, including conflict resolution, investigations, and
performance management. Safety Program: Will own the administration and
execution of the safety program for all locations. Recruitment and
Staffing: Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing,
interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. HRIS Management: Utilize
HRIS systems effectively to maintain employee records, generate reports,
And Support Data-driven Decision-making. Compensation And Benefits
Support compensation and benefits administration, including payroll
processing and compliance with regulatory requirements. Training and
Development: Work with Training Coordinator to develop and implement
Training Programs To Enhance Employee Skills And Knowledge. Compliance
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and
regulations. This includes the company\'s social compliance audits and
company handbook updates. Employee Engagement: Promote a positive work
environment through initiatives that foster employee engagement and
retention. This includes assistance with planning employee events,
employee communication and recognition. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s
degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
SHRM Certification (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) preferred. 5 years of proven
experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or similar
environment. Strong HRIS proficiency; experience with HRIS
implementation is a plus. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills,
with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the
organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office
applications. Additional Requirements: Ability to thrive in a
fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong organizational skills with
attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle
